The solution of an academic council of HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION to the legendary Russian wrestler, the doctor of pedagogical sciences, the deputy of the State Duma, the hero of the Russian Federation Aleksandr Karelin appropriated a rank of honourable professor of VKGU of Sarsen Amanzholov.

"I want to express the gratitude and sincere gratitude for so high and honourable award and I hope that our meeting won't have incidental character and we will find reasons for new meetings and communication" — A. Karelin told and presented in reply to university library Ivan Vasilyevich Poddubny's book — the legendary wrestler and the athlete.

At a meeting there were students of faculty of physical culture and sport and young athletes of Ust-of Kamenogorsk who had opportunity to ask a question to the well-known guest.
