As the chief judge of competitions, the judge of the international category Nikolay Kochukov told, in superiority takes part fifty sportswomen from eight regions of Central federal district:  Ryazan, Lipetsk, Voronezh, Vladimir, Bryansk, Kursk, Ivanovo and Oryol areas.  The most representative team at owners of tournament — 15 "outlaws". 

These starts — selection for participation in superiority of Russia among sportswomen of this age group which will take place at the end of March in Krasoyarsk. Competitions began with parade of participants of superiority. The troops were reviewed by the head of development of an elite sport of the ministry of youth policy, physical culture and sport of the Ryazan region Pavel Andreyev, the deputy head of department on physical culture and mass sports of administration of Ryazan Ilya Kryuchkov, the vice-president of regional federation of wrestling, the master of sports of the international class in Greco-Roman wrestling Valery Habarov, the chief judge of competitions, the judge of the international category Nikolay Kochukov, the silver prize-winner of the Olympic Games of 2002, the world champion and Europe on free-style wrestling Alyona Kartashova, officers of SOBR Oleg Belyaev and Alexey Sitnikov.
