The president of federation of judo Vyacheslav Manolaki declared that the head of the international federation of judo Marius Vizer forged his signature in the allowing letter thanks to which scandalous transition of athletes to the United Arab Emirates took place.

Vyacheslav Manolaki in the national team of the United Arab Emirates shifted responsibility for transition of six Moldavian judoists to Marius Vizera. The head of domestic federation considers that the head of the international federation forged Manolaka's signature in the allowing letter thanks to which scandalous transition of athletes took place.

"Marius Vizer laid a hand to sale of the Moldavian judoists. Similar transitions are only in its competence. Only Sight could quit on the Arab sheikhs. Under laws of the United Arab Emirates those who there was born also those who lived there at least than 30 years can obtain nationality of this country only. And now ask a question: how the Moldavian judoists so quickly received the Arab passports? We will demand from the United Arab Emirates to compensate us loss of judoists. We want that the United Arab Emirates within 3 years were paid by involvement of the Moldavian national team in 6-7mezhdunarodny tournaments and collections. We wait from them for the response till September 1. If our condition isn't satisfied, the Moldavian federation will complain in Sporting Arbitration Court in Geneva.
