I.Sidorkevich who since 1993 heads the organization of the Petersburg judoists, had earlier no relation to armed forces. According to the source issuings, in the Ministry of Defence "hope for its communications with an administrative resource".
The double world champion in sambo I.Sidorkevich in the 1990th years worked in administration of St. Petersburg where held a post of the deputy head of Committee on physical culture and sports. The initiative of creation of such establishment was sounded by the president of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin in 2006.
