The governor of Stavropol Krai Valery Zerenkov on Saturday coolly made a speech at opening of the first championship of North Caucasus federal district on Greco-Roman wrestling. Valery Georgiyevich publicly lectured the young man who defiantly didn't get up at performance of the anthem of Russia: "I speak to you, it is necessary to rise if houses didn't teach you!"

The first championship of the district in Stavropol on which delegations of athletes from the North Caucasian republics (Ingushetia, Chechnya, Dagestan gathered and others), was devoted to memory of the first head of administration of Stavropol Krai of Evgeny Kuznetsova. In welcome speech Valery Zerenkov told about it: "It was the special person, very powerful, with live, real heart. He had to wrestling in policy – for worthy and quiet life of people to Stavropol Territory" much.

At opening ceremony lifted the Russian flag under sounds of a national anthem. All gathered rose – except one young man who, as they say on a site of the governor of Stavropol Krai, "arrived on speech of athletes of the region". Having seen it, Zerenkov was angry outright and addressed to the young man: "Under music of this anthem your grandfathers went to be at war in the Great Patriotic War, and you – sit. It is impossible to behave so. I speak to you if houses didn't teach you: it is necessary to rise at the anthem! " The hall burst in a rough ovation.

It isn't known yet, from which region there was not risen at performance of the anthem a viewer, and whether there was he after Zerenkov's words – we gathered information from the press release on a site of the head of Stavropol Territory.

In 1989 Zerenkov chose as the head of executive committee of October regional council of People's Deputies of Stavropol, and from this point its political career went uphill: he headed the edge State Duma, was the senator and the deputy from "ER". Zerenkov held a governor's post in May, 2012.

Valery Georgiyevich acts on a governor's post very rigidly. For example, having visited in March Kislovodsk, it was unpleasantly struck with dirt on streets and arranged a beating to officials of municipal administration, having obliged all to undertake under the threat of dismissal sweepers and to go to clean garbage.

The offer to arm Cossacks for order maintenance in the region became Zerenkov's loud initiative. At meeting of atamans of the Stavropol Cossack district of Tersky army it promised to supply them with the traumatic weapon. "Our general work has to have one result — that everything who comes on our earth, lived by our rules. To arrange knifing and firing to Stavropol Territory we will allow nobody. Let all know it and hear" — Zerenkov declared.

On one of meetings of the government of Stavropol Krai the governor spoke about migratory policy. Having given examples of ethnic crime, Zerenkov told: "It is impossible to shelve a problem, it is necessary to build reliable system which will allow to regulate on the lawful bases migratory processes". The deputy chairman of the government Sergey Ushakov gave statistics: the representation of natives of the neighboring republics in the region increased by 23%, to Stavropol Territory there were settlements "on a mononational sign", in addition the specific weight of crimes in the region, perfect "neighbors", grows. Zerenkov at the end of meeting stated: "There is too much statistics and insufficiently real business. Will suffice to politicize concealment".
