In Neftekamsk the All-Russian tournament on Greco-Roman wrestling of memory of the owner of the World Cup of Valery Perminova took place. Competitions took place for the first time.

More than 150 athletes took part in tournament from 6 regions of the country. Representatives of Moscow and Orenburg became the main competitors of the Bashkir wrestlers. By the way, among members of team of the republic there were also participants of superiority of the country.
Leadership on competitions was taken at once by wrestlers from October and the palm was given nobody. To the end of tournament in their account there were 10 first places. Owners settled down at the second step of a podium. Guests from Moscow became third.
