The greatest interest in the second day of competitions was caused by duels of "classics" in category to 84 kg in which Olympic champions 2004 both respectively Alexey Mishin and Alan Khugayev acted 2012. Nobody could show to the titled athletes resistance, and they reached the final in which with the minimum score 1:0 of a superiority Mishin achieved.

In weight to 66 kg Islam Beck rose by the highest step of a pedestal Albiyev who, as we know, also is the Olympic champion, but only this title it won in 2008.

Competitions in weight to 74 kg took place Roman Vlasov whom trainers of the national team exempted from national championship without participation of victor Igr in London, having allowed it to have a rest. In its absence the native of Chechnya playing for Moscow Ilyas Magomadov became the champion of Russia.
