The multi-day sports marathon in the ice Crystal palace came to the end on November 17 with the last final fights in weight categories 58, 69, 85 and 120 of kg and ceremony of closing of tournament. The future of Greco-Roman wrestling was presented on Sakhalin by athletes from all eight federal districts of Russia.

As the head of the regional ministry of sports, tourism and youth policy Oleg Saitov told RIA "Sakhalin-Kuriles", from 26 island "classics" in the three of prize-winners of superiority only 15-year-old Andrey Tefanov in weight category  76 kg could break. In a consolatory duel for the third place the ninth-grader of the Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk lyceum No. 1 could win with the score 7:1 a convincing victory over the rival from Irkutsk.

Sergey Padezhin from Penza in a duel against Daniel Miskin from Ulyanovsk applied 3-mark reception twice, for what received an early victory with a verdict of judicial crew "in view of clear technical advantage". But the young Penza guest managed to use and the favorite method "hands - a trunk" which came to the end with a classical touch. As the winner admitted, in the ending it got the opponent the: just he struggled with Miskin on superiority. Ahead of schedule finished a meeting with Nazar Royok from the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania a pure touch and Ruslan Aliyev from Khabarovsk. The dynamic and beautiful duel caused a burst of applause on tribunes.

All four days the senior trainer of youth Russian national team Islam  Doguchiyev attentively watched fights in "Crystal". As he admitted, such long travel through all country made not for nothing. The reserve for performances in the European championships and the world is formed in a year therefore the Sakhalin tournament allowed to write down candidates of those who will protect sports honor of Russia in 2014.

Both participants, and guests highly appreciated the organization of the Sakhalin tournament. As the vice-president of Federation of wrestling of Russia Victor Mamiashvili told, superiority is organized perfectly – excellent refereeing, accommodation and a food more than 250 athletes is provided arranged at excellent level. The huge attention and the help to tournament was rendered by the Minister of Sport, Tourism and Youth Policy of the region Oleg Saitov.

The big judicial case worked at tournament led by Tofik Pashayev. Colleagues recognized as the best referees for excellent job on carpet Sakhalin Vladimir Makarov from Lipetsk and Arcady Berdnikov from Tomsk.
