TOURNAMENT IN HONOUR OF TRAINERS VETERANS

In Minsk the sports and improving Atlas complex republican tournament in honor of trainers – veterans took place on January 24, 2014. Honored trainers share the impressions of the held tournament.

Vladimir Ivanovich Primak, the Honored trainer of RB, the trainer Lishtvana S. N. – the repeated champion of Europe, the prize-winner of the Olympic Games.

— Tell about the impressions of tournament?

— V.P.: Fine tournament, the gratitude wants to express Aleksandra Sharayeva for the done organizational work and the attention shown to trainers. Many people who have made a lot of useful to wrestling, start forgetting. Thanks to this tournament youth to get acquainted with old trainer's school, learns about their achievements, and to us — veterans it is very pleasant …

— Looked at young change, saw future champions?

— V.P.: I saw, to allocate on surnames someone else early, children still very young, a lot of things will depend on their trainings further, persistent work of their and their trainers.

— Your view of development of today's school of the Belarusian wrestling?

— V.P.: Unfortunately, the existing system of wrestling before change of rules of 2013 in many respects caused a loss not only Belarusian, but also world school of wrestling. Many receptions are emasculated, wrestling gained more jog character, existing rules disturbed the wrestling development, many tried to develop mainly parterny wrestling to the detriment of wrestling in a rack. The today's generation of trainers is obliged to reconstruct training process in the accelerated order, to stimulate wrestlers on active wrestling, to bring throws and other receptions to perfection.

— Young trainers listen to your councils?

— V.P.: It was somewhat easier for us as there was a school of wrestling and traditions of transfer of experience and continuity were strong. Young trainers are compelled to look for today many practices independently. Seminars to which invite skilled trainers are sometimes held, of course, we with great pleasure impart experience. I specially went in due time to have a rest to Alushta, selecting time that coincided with collecting a national team, tried to approach, watch training process, helped councils. If the trainer wants to become the good trainer, he is obliged to be interested in experience of the previous generation. And you want to become the wrestler - the champion, a formula only one: to work, work and once again to work …. There are no two ways about it!

— Whether to be pleasant wrestling which you see today on carpets?

— G.M.: Wrestling, of course, strongly differs: both receptions, and rules, and weight categories, and lasting wrestlings, actually – all! Earlier we fought for 20 minutes, then 15, then 12, and now – only six minutes … It was necessary to sweat to us … And it wasn't simple to defend these 20 minutes, for passive wrestling could give the prevention, after three preventions – removed from wrestling. Today, in my opinion, it is easier for wrestlers …

— When you watch tournament in honor of trainers veterans, you remember the trainers?

— G.M.: The Mirsky Mikhail Ivanovich known more to our generation under the name "Father Mirsky" was my trainer. It after war lifted school of the Belarusian wrestling together with Sidor Mikhail Isakovich. That is interesting, Mirsky was without education, in a wartime it was not a rarity. I was admitted to evening to school and in absentia I finished a ten-year school, then I graduated from the institute, over time I headed the national team, actually under its management there was a formation of post-war school of Greco-Roman wrestling in Belarus. I. Yasilevich, I. Oborsky, the pupil and the assistant Mirskogo – Kutsenko Alexey Grigoryevich were connected to them talented the trainer. Alexey Grigoryevich heading the list of today's trainers veterans to whom pupils devote tournament, unfortunately, fell ill and on a state of health today is absent. Wants to wish health to our patriarch that next year he celebrated the 90 anniversary!

Kutsenko A.G. - I prepared about 80 masters of sports and about 20 masters of sports of the international class, including champions of the USSR I.Korshunov, V. Fefelov, M. Gavrish, Ya.Roots. First trainer Aleksandra Medvedya. In 1948-1976 trainer of the national team of Belarus, in 1950-1955 — the trainer of USSR national team.

— Who was your favorite pupil?

— G.M.: I had all darlings (laughs), heat I remember Evchuk Vasily, Leonid Zhikharev (the prize-winner of superiority of the USSR among young men), was masters of sports, prize-winners of prestigious competitions much. For the sports life as the trainer I prepared more than 60 masters of sports, of course, their victories and achievement please and to this day.

— Your wishes to today's wrestlers?

— G.M.: Pleases change of rules of wrestling which led to staginess increase, sports became more broskovy, respectively, who plows more, that and will achieve bigger result … It is difficult to force the person to give all the best, today many put in direct dependence the efforts on a carpet from a material interest … Earlier we on food were glad to several coupons, now the youth has more than temptations, it is difficult to refuse and force from much itself to plow on a carpet …

— In your opinion, what unites all trainers in honor of whom tournament is held?

— M. U.: In common lived years the love to the sport and longevity in work (laughs) …. Trainers worked all life in sports, being engaged in technical and tactical development of wrestling, and a lot of things putting in process of education of children, pupils. Children grew up and became already adult men who arranged today for us such remarkable holiday, showed growing-up wrestling change, gave the chance to us to meet, communicate with each other.

— Who were your trainers?

— M. U.: Boris Zyamovich Egudkin, Grigory Abramovich Kazovsky at the initial stages, then continued trainings under the leadership of Mikhail Ivanovich Mirsky and Harry Vasilyevich Nikolayenk.

— Who was your favorite pupil?

— M. U.: Most favorite …. Nikolay Palaznik, the winner of superiority of the USSR, superiority of the world and Europe among juniors which and today the director Hall of wrestling in Minsk works for the good of the Belarusian wrestling.

— Whether you are happy with that wrestling which you see today on carpets? What advice of the trainer you can give?

— M. U.: The trainer never is happy happens! In my opinion, they don't have enough patience … The today's youth doesn't suffice patience at competitions and on trainings, there are problems with concentration. Probably, the scattered attention is a consequence the Internet of dependence which almost all youth suffers today. If earlier the pupil needed to tell 100 times, now it is necessary to tell 1000 times that the person concentrated …. It is more than opportunities, temptations, earlier we knew only a hall, and school. Now such devotion to wrestling among youth isn't present …

— On your supervision, among wrestlers of a national team of RB there are possible future Olympic champions?

— M. U.: Yes, I consider that rather strong children are and in the today's national team. Kamandar Madzhidov, the mentor of the national team, the skilled trainer working with soul. It picked up to itself(himself) good team of trainers and today in all weight categories there are talented guys. It is sure, those times when we will reap a crop from three medals from each wrestling tournament … will return.

Confirming words of the mentor of champions, on a carpet finished bright, wrestling sated with attacks, transfers to orchestra seats and setups, wrestlers in category to 96 kg - Dmitry Kaminsky (The Minsk district of MOKSDYuShOR) and Egor Yaskovets (Mozyr). Looking, with what persistence, worthy wrestling on the Olympic carpets, our young gladiators battled, really to be believed that words of the skilled trainer veteran about future blossoming of the Belarusian wrestling, will come true also today's youth, having adopted experience of honored trainers during similar tournaments, will highly lift a banner of Belarus over pedestals of wrestling arenas.

In total 102 wrestlers representing 19 schools of wrestling of Belarus and two teams from Russia took part in tournament in honor of trainers veterans (Podolsk and St. Petersburg).
