The honourable citizen of Grodno Leonti Fursa following the results of 2012 is recognized as the best free-style wrestling coach of the country in preparation of cadets among girls.  Despite respectable age, Leonti Petrovitch is full of strength, energy, ideas and is ready to fight in literal and figurative sense not only for preparation of pupils, but also for the sport as a whole. 

Leonti Fursa received a rank of the best trainer for concrete achievements. His pupil Svetlana Lomashevich won a silver medal in the European championship, became a heel on a world championship. Good prospects and at one more ward: young Veronica Toryanik already is a part of national team on free-style wrestling. In total on the account of the expert over one hundred trained masters of sports, some participants of the Olympic Games, tens prize-winners of the World Cups and Europe and 5 deserved trainers of BSSR.

The known trainer switched over to preparation of girls a few years ago. Then to the expert was for 70, and some hinted supposedly it would be time to let pass to the young. Results showed: gunpowder in powder flasks at Leonti Petrovitch suffices still.

–  With girls to work where it is more difficult, than with guys.  Here special approach is necessary in the psychological plan, – Leonti Fursa working now in trade-union sports school of single combats notes.  –  Capable perspective sportswomen at us in area always sufficed therefore in vocational, technical training the necessary direction thanks to experience we find quickly. 

There is a wish to bring to the trainer of the girls and to the highest level.  But "behind-the-scenes" fight can prevent an exit to the Olympic Games.  Conversations on are already had excluding fight from the Olympic program. 

– Following the results of the London Games drew a conclusion that fight is uninteresting to the viewer. The pier, isn't enough audience on tribunes. So from where to them to undertake, if England absolutely not wrestling country? ! – the known trainer considers. – In the world today fight is cultivated in 200 countries – unless it is possible to deprive of all of them the Olympic Games?

However, arrivals of officials from the IOC are clear:  to the deadlock, according to the expert, fight was tired out by international federation.  Present rules made this sport obscure for the unprepared viewer.  The Belarusian trainers among themselves already discuss possible changes. 

– We achieve through the federation that changes in rules made duels more dynamic, spectacular, interesting. We are ready to change also work and preparation systems, – Leonti Fursa summarizes. – And then it becomes more interesting to athletes to fight and win, and the audience will stretch to see duels on a carpet.

It is beautiful to fight and prepare cool athletes in Grodno always were able.  By the way, following the results of last year as the best coach of the country on preparation of juniors Alexander Yaskold from OShVSM was recognized.
