The world champion in boxing in three weight categories Holl Holm (32-2-3 in boxing; 3-0 in MMA) declared completion of boxing career after a duel with Mary McGee which will take place on May 11, for the sake of performances on MMA.

"As soon as I started acting by rules of the mixed single combats, it became my passion. Even after leaving school I decided that I will box until I will receive from it pleasure.

I had one of the most difficult fights with Christie Martin, then - with Mary Joe Saunders. Champions never will end, but it is my way, and each duel in career helped me to believe in itself.

When the issue concerning my future was resolved, my trainer Mike Uinkldzhon perfectly told: "You should conquer new top". These words lit in me a new spark.

Actually, I never was a champion. With each step I grew, and on May 11 I will be ready for 100%. I simply want to devote myself to the passion – MMA. Besides, I always trained in a hall where the mixed single combats" were the main direction, - declared the Hill.

For the career 31-year-old the Hill won against such known female boxers, as Christie Martin, Anna Sofie Mathis, Mary Joe Saunders, Dzheyn Kouch, the Fife to Jankovic and Chevell Holbek. In MMA the Hill acted in category to 61,2 kg, that is, in that division which is available today in UFC.

"We will start advancing Holl's career in MMA. It was very heavy to it to be broken off between MMA and boxing. I expect that it will prove to be in these sports in the best possible way, and it is waited by bright future", - Uinkldzhon reported.
