Due to the numerous cases of tychok fingers in eyes during duels, UFC will be engaged in development of new design of gloves.

"Actually, we already began work on new gloves which will have more oval form", - the president of UFC, Dana White, in ESPN interview declared. "Gloves will be similar to the letter 'U' so fighters still will be able to open a hand, but fingers won't be bulged so strongly any more. Despite it, guys need to be attentive during fight because the design of gloves doesn't become panacea in itself. They should hold the hands closed and not to reach for a face of the opponent with the opened fingers"
