In Sankt — Petersburg (Russia) meeting of Executive committee of the MMA World Association within carrying out the worker of the Congress of WMMAA took place.

Delegates took part in meeting from 14 member countries of the world Association. The present were addressed by the honourable president of WMMAA Fedor Emelyanenko, the president of WMMAA Vadim Finkelstein, the first vice-president of WMMAA Dmitry Hristyuk.

Representatives of Russia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, the Czech Republic, Republic of Belarus, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, South Korea, the Netherlands were invited to meeting of executive committee, Latvia, Switzerland, Bulgaria for which territories carrying out the international competitions in 2013 is planned under the auspices of WMMAA.

During work the most important questions of activity of Association and its members were considered, prospects of development of the mixed single combats of MMA in the world are discussed, the next purposes and problems of WMMAA are outlined. Also the decision on integration of uniform identification system for members of WMMAA was made.

Besides, decisions on carrying out the European championship in Kiev (Ukraine) in June, 2013 and the World Cup in Moscow (Russia) in September, 2013 were made, additions are made to Rules and Regulations of carrying out competitions, the planned schedule of official actions for 2013 is approved, the question of system of formation of membership dues is coordinated.

Within carrying out the Congress the working meeting of the vice-chairman of public service of youth and sports of Ukraine V. Sysyuka with the management WMMAA during whom was took place prospects of development of MMA in Ukraine are discussed, and also is declared support from sports department of Ukraine of the demand for carrying out the Open European championship of MMA of 2013 in Kiev.
