In August of this year Datsik was transported under guard from St. Petersburg in one of a pre-trial detention center of the Komi Republic.

In December of last year the Nevsky district court Datsika guilty found of robbery at cellular shop and sentenced to five years of imprisonment in a standard regime penal colony. During a court session Datsik said hello Norwegian to terrorist Anders Breyvik.

Datsik finished sports career in 2003 then made some armed raids on cellular shops. Vyacheslav became well-known after a sensational victory over Andrey Orlovskim.
