Tournament took place on February 27 in Lima (Peru). As Shevchenko's competitor the quadruple world champion on Brazilian ji-jiutsu Helen Bastos Teysheyra acted. The Brazilian carried out the first round actively and at all didn't concede titled by Shevchenko.

In Shevchenko's second round became more active and from first seconds brought down on the competitor a series of blows hands in the head and so proceeded until the end of the period. As a result the Brazilian sportswoman had some hematomas on the head and the nose was injured. Bastos Teysheyra refused to continue fight and didn't come to the third round.

For Valentina Shevchenko this fight was the tenth on fights without rules.
