- What it - to feel as the triple champion of Europe?

- I am very glad that again I became the owner of this title that presented at these competitions to Tbilisi Krasnoyarsk academy of wrestling, I met expectations of fellow countrymen, I didn't bring.

- Opan, in the comment given right after a victory won by you in the ending, you admitted that preparation for this European tournament was given much heavier, than performances.

-  It is valid so.  Because at us in Krasnoyarsk, in national team very big competition, and loadings on trainings wrestlers should maintain the simply ultraboundary.

- Opan and how you in general got to wrestling?

-  Before in the childhood I played soccer, was engaged in section.  And then my brother, friends registered in wrestling section - the school of the Olympic reserve in Kyzyl was absolutely near our house.  I tried also.  It was pleasant.

- The Krasnoyarsk citizen you became too since 2006?

-  Yes, ever since, as arrived to this city.  Seven years already I am a Krasnoyarsk citizen.  For these years Krasnoyarsk managed to become for me the second house.  I come back always with pleasure.  When I get here, at once there comes feeling of calmness, a cosiness:  at last houses.

- On streets citizens recognize you often?

- At all not. Unless colleagues athletes. Our sport doesn't belong to category star is not soccer or hockey where heroes are known by sight by everyone.

- The European tournament in Tbilisi for you remained now behind. And what ahead, what purposes you put before yourself?

-  Oh, with plans everything is all right.  Is to what to aspire.  In my moneybox while there are no medals of the World Cup, gold of the championship of Russia.  I aim at gold - to dream about smaller I don't intend.  Four times I lost in the endings, it is time to break this situation.  In a word, the foremost purpose - to win the Russian championship, to pass selection on the World Cup.

- Today you are the only thing among Krasnoyarsk wrestlers the triple champion of Europe?

- Anzor Urishev in the European tournaments acted already for the fourth time. It turns out that experience of performances at it is richer, but on gold medals I advance it: Anzor's trophies there are two gold and two bronze.

- How there is family life at wrestler Opan Sat?

- People much skilled and respected by me advise not to hurry with family creation. Also I think that they are right: I try to think of sports results more. To me (smiles) while only 25, I hope that affairs family still I will quite manage to equip. For now the main thing for me there is after all a wrestling.

- I know that in Krasnoyarsk, having returned from Tbilisi, you will stay only one day. Where and whether for a long time you plan after that to leave?

- Preparation for the European championship was tiresome: both rest is necessary for a body, and the head. I think that I deserved a two-week break. I will go to native to Kyzyl, there for me very much wait, you understand, - very much. Well, and the rest of day, evening, I will devote to a campaign in a bath - bathing procedures very much help to remain with the weight standard.

- Opan and what will follow two of these weeks later?

- Here everything is clear: trainings, persistent work. Muscles will have a rest, I will gradually gather a form, to prepare for the championship of Russia which will take place in the middle of June, by the way, at us in Krasnoyarsk. So I want to ask Krasnoyarsk citizens to be ill for our team. We will try to make everything to please fellow countrymen with the results.

- There is a strong wish to believe that personally you will manage to please not only Krasnoyarsk citizens, but also to give a gift to yourself: after all in June at you birthday.
