Our today's interlocutor - the champion of Russia, the owner of the World Cup and the silver prize-winner of the European championship on Greco-Roman wrestling Adam KURAK

as they say, not from young da early, and from those who goes to the purpose slowly, but it is sure. The current season while the most successful in his career, today it already gained points for assignment to it ranks of the deserved master of sports. Despite all successes Adam is known only to experts and fans of fight, and here a little that knows a wide range of fans of sports about it. What's the reason? We also began conversation with it.

- Adam, about you isn't enough information, even on open spaces of the Internet your victories, prize-winning places and all are chilly listed. In it the natural modesty or dislike for journalists is guilty?

- No dislike is present and in mention. Probably, my results were such that for journalists and readers I didn't represent a particular interest. Now certain successes came, and is about what to tell. I gave, of course, comments to various competitions, but especially with journalists didn't communicate. Though in 2009 when won the championship of Russia, with me did some interview, but since then victories avoided me, here and weren't interested in my life-bytyyom (smiles).

- And in what the reason of what the best results came right now, in 27 years? Brilliant performance on the World Cup, in many respects thanks to your victories, our national team won this trophy some years, silver later at the European forum. Why earlier you so loudly didn't declare yourselves?

- My trainer Sergey Sitnikov at whom I am engaged from the third class, never overloaded me. Certainly, we worked for conscience, but momentary result never pursued, everything is good in its season. Sports successes are very important, but health is more expensive. If to overload itself, since youthful age, then it can affect an organism in the most adverse way. Now I feel that reached blossoming, better still myself I didn't feel that, respectively, it was reflected in results. Besides I gained necessary experience, I know now how to lead in this or that situation which arise on a carpet.

To become the best on a planet in the look, hundred fifty percent are necessary not hundred, but. On a fifty-kopeck piece on the talent, heavy work and good luck, after all without it in big-time sports and in general in life, anywhere.

- Why it wasn't succeeded to take gold in the European championship in Tbilisi, there were no forces? I looked your duels, to the ending you constantly attacked, won excellent victories over very serious opponents, and in the ending looked unusually passively.
- Forces, it seems, were, and on a fight course it seemed to me that I combat in attacking style habitual to me. But then, having arrived home, I reconsidered a duel according to video and I understood that practically I didn't attack. The first reason of it is my rival. Hungarian Lobints very skilled fighter, prize-winner of the World Cups and Olympic Games. It was any more our first meeting and while I didn't manage to win against it. It was of no use to make, on a root stopped all opportunities for attack, for carrying out reception. But you know, defeat it is sometimes more useful than other victories. When you win is weakens a little, discourages. And some losses, especially to such serious rivals, force to become better as after them there is the most detailed analysis of all mistakes and defects. It is sure that if once again we will meet my offender on the ending, I will be better ready to it and I will make every effort to take a revenge.

- Well and in general are happy with the performance on Europe?

- Certainly, the medal is a medal. Especially it wasn't possible to get so highly earlier. There is, of course, a small unpleasant deposit, after all gold was so close, but anything terrible. But is to what to aspire in the future.

- What purposes you put before yourself? Participation on the Olympic Games in Rio is included into their number?

- In our look such mad competition that is easier to win any international start than to get there on national selection. Certainly, for any athlete participation in Olympic Games - a main goal, and a victory in them - dream of all career. I in this plan not an exception. I will work, give itself completely to trainings and if the chance to get on the Olympic Games drops out, I will try not to miss it.

- As far as I know, you a sort from Yeniseisk, on the small Homeland often happen?

- In Yeniseisk live mother with the sister. Always with great pleasure I get out to them. It is a pity only that it turns out very seldom and all on a two-three of days, continuous collecting and trainings take away nearly all the time. I from the ninth class moved to Krasnoyarsk, and it became me native. I saw many cities, but only the capital of Kazakhstan Astana was pleasant the purity and a cosiness. Thus all the same Krasnoyarsk - number one. I am going to live all life here. In Moscow to me it is uncomfortable, too there fussy life. This year I am going to visit St. Petersburg where will pass the championship of Russia, it will be the first acquaintance to the Northern capital. There is a strong wish to look at its fantastic architecture, museums at palaces.
You mentioned, what from the third class and still you are engaged at the one and only trainer and how you came to fight?

- Everything was banal. Sergey Vasilyevich came to our school and suggested to be engaged in fight by everything wishing. I and many children went to section. Over time the most part ceased to go on trainings, and I remained, I liked at once this sport. When the trainer suggested to move to Krasnoyarsk, agreed, without reflecting because already then I decided that fight becomes business of all life. Sergey Vasilyevich my first and only trainer, it already even is more, than simply instructor. This is the real native person, the family member. In the childhood I was engaged in many sports, very much loved soccer, played basketball, but after all stopped the choice on fight.

- And never regretted about the choice?

- That directly I regretted, such wasn't. But there were periods in life when wanted to throw everything. We arrived from Yeniseisk four together. Guys departed over time from fight, married, they gave birth to children, someone opened the matter, and in my life still there were only trainings, but special advance wasn't observed. In a national team I was the only master of the sports, all the others reached higher ranks and results, it oppressed a little. But everything passed, I married, affairs went uphill, and already have to appropriate a rank of the deserved master of sports, at least, on it I gained necessary points, thanks to successful performance on the World Cup and the European championship.

- And in Yeniseisk except you still there are deserved masters of sports?

- It seems, not, I will receive a badge and, it turns out, I will become the first (smiles).

- And who for you was a standard of the fighter? On whom wanted to walk on style at whom adopted any receptions?

- I didn't want to resemble anybody, in general, I have the style and the strategy of conducting fight. And about a standard of the fighter, I won't try to be original is a great San Sanych Karelin. From acting now in Greco-Roman wrestling I will allocate Roman Vlasov and Alexey Mishina, they, certainly, dominate over rivals.

- You told, what Krasnoyarsk became for you native, and what places the darlings in our city?

- I like to go on nature, in particular on Columns. Also it is pleasant to drive in the winter on a snowboard on the Hill. And in general Krasnoyarsk is very beautiful in the summer, for what it is necessary to tell many thanks to Peter Ivanovich Pimashkov. Here, many laughed, were indignant, why in Siberia there are so much fountains and palm trees, but look as thanks to them our city blossoms. What colourful and bright becomes.
The only thing that irritates are jams. I acquired three years ago the rights, at a wheel regularly I go more than a year, it was first really terrible. Already accustomed, but time in jams a great lot is lost simply.

- Not the trainer doesn't abuse you for a snowboard?

-  I try not to drive especially, I understand that it is very injury-causing.  At us with Sergey Vasilyevich full mutual understanding and trust, he knows that I have a head on shoulders, and I won't make daredevil acts.

- You haven't enough free time, and you can remember offhand when last time went to cinema, for example?

- By the way, quite recently. Went to the cinema with the wife and the nephew. The movie name, however, I won't call, there was any next American wrestler in style an action.

- In Russian national team you have close friends?

-  Close friends aren't present, but we communicate among themselves very warmly.  Team at us amicable, and all best friends at me in Krasnoyarsk.  The same Bekhan Mankiyev, we are on friendly terms many years.

- You have children, Adam?

-  While isn't present, but in the near future we plan with the wife.

- Whom you wish more, the daughter or the son?

- The first it would be desirable the son. It seems to me that the successor is necessary to each man. Well and in general the difference isn't present, the girl or the boy. The main thing that the child was healthy and I pleased parents.

- To wrestling of the children you will give?

- I think that when I will give birth to children, will start maturing, will make the choice. But in any case the child has to be engaged in sports and physical culture, it disciplines, strengthens health, learns to set before itself the purpose and to achieve it.

- Well and finally it would be desirable to ask such question: how you consider, what the talent or after all persistent work is more important to become the great champion?

- I think that fifty on fifty. On the one hand, however many trained but if you are ungifted in the sport, hardly you will achieve any special heights. About other, any talent without development and work on it will run low. You shouldn't forget and about good luck. I will tell so: to become the best on a planet in the look, hundred fifty percent are necessary not hundred, but.
