nsk.aif.ru: You, most likely, will incur Olympic flame. As far as it for you is important?

A.K.    :    Still I saw Olympic flame only from far away, at opening of Olympic Games.    Olympic flame — peace, it sends us to the main idea still the antique Olympic Games when from the beginning of Olympic Games all wars stopped.    Personally for me it is very important symbol in which all is concentrated:    and the price of the Olympic medal, and tension which accompanies the Olympic tournaments on any kind of sports.    For me it is very honourable.  

nsk.aif.ru: This year in Kazan there will pass University games-2013, and in the following — the Olympic Games in Sochi. Among the population very much a popular belief that huge financial costs of these projects will be gone for nothing. Do you agree?

A.K.  :  I am the sincere supporter of the statement that similar projects of planetary scale will help to disaccustom youth to a bottle of beer and to bring it into sports.  The university games — are good opportunity to see heroes of student's sports of our country, and after all it is the main reserve of the main national team.  Therefore I think that costs of University games — a reasonable investment not only in structure of Tatarstan, in particular Kazan, but also to all country.  Yes, it is huge expenditure, but we create the sports centers for all international standards, instead of we are limited to slogans, like "you will become stronger and of you will be proud".

nsk.aif.ru: You are a founder "Karelin fund". Why if there are state structures?

A.K. : Where doesn't hold out the state, there are non-state structures, such as "Karelin fund" who gives the chance to children to be engaged with high quality trainers. However the consumerism shouldn't be. Once in the Dynamo hall children delivered to the trainer the ultimatum: "Vitamins don't give us and we don't manage to be restored! Yet there will be no vitamins — we refuse to train! " That time the parties could agree. It is very important that there was such opportunity, after all all of us — participants of the multilateral contract under the name life.

There shouldn't be such relation when the child simply send to section and want that of it without their participation made new Vlasov. It is the contract, and in each contract rules are very important. "Discipline — mother of any victory" — was told by Suvorov. Helping the trainer, parents help the son. In "Dynamo" we always insisted that trainers checked diaries of pupils. If the guy studies badly, and to trainings him don't allow. Now this tradition for some reason died away, and it is a pity. A.K.       :       It is set of qualities.       There is a history, from which jimjams:       the guy has an accident and lost both feet.           One more example — Alyona Zirko, the visually impaired person since the childhood.       It arrived in one of the American universities, studied remotely, and there only in half a year learned that she doesn't see.       Alyona — the winner of many competitions, teaches children to musical notation, English, acted at opera theater.       They — to us an example.       It at all heroism, is thirst of life.     

nsk.aif.ru: The state does for athletes with limited opportunities enough?

A.K. : From the state, in my opinion, enough measures are taken, the most important is already made. We shouldn't be wild because communication with these children does us more humane. Not contemplation from outside, namely communication. Well and the barrier-free environment which we create just now, in connection with the future Olympic Games-2014, I think, will make all of us kinder. Not simply more humanely, is more educated or is more civilized, and is kinder. They same as we, only to them movement is a little more difficult to repeat the same. People who, despite everything, remain strong. These are surprising examples which are shown to us by life. Not only in sports, but also in usual life, after all sports — are concentrated, its model squeezed very. The main thing — wasn't simply prestigious to go in for sports. People have to interest not only the sizes of an award of Vlasov for a victory, but also how he grew who follows it. At us, unfortunately, many are excited only by the fees and the other benefits. This approach needs to be changed.

The federal program within which to 2015 it is about the country planned to construct two thousand sports objects is now realized.  And it is remarkable, after all in some areas even simple rural stadiums aren't present.  And in our region here and there pools already are under construction.  Go in for sports it has to be interesting, fashionable.

A.K.     :     What is the patriotism?     To fall a breast to an embrasure?     To burn down in a flame?     To offer life?     Patriotism in living on the homeland and to serve it here.     Irina Edvinovna Minkh, the basketball player with the German roots, a sort from Cherepanovo, lived 12 years in Germany, it had a residence permit.     All her family — there.     But she received the invitation:     "Irochka, come to Novosibirsk".     And it returned to Siberia, started working, now trains girls from "Dynamo Municipal Department of Internal Affairs".     It is one of the best teams in the country.   

One more example — Alexander Popov, the legendary swimmer, the quadruple Olympic champion. In Australia to it offered the inconceivable fees and huge opportunities. And it refused, returned to Russia, now represents Siberia in the International Olympic committee, actively works, heads "Locomotive". Certainly, he is a patriot! Therefore when someone says that in this country something not so, I answer: "Children, we can change everything!"
