The Dagestan heavyweight doesn't exclude the participation in national championship in Krasnoyarsk.

The 35-year-old ex-world champion and the owner of five gold medals of the European championships declared it in conversation with the correspondent wrestdag.ru.

— Last year you after a long break returned on a carpet and became the bronze prize-winner in the championship of Russia. After that again I ceased to act. Whether what upset you result?

— I always set before myself the purpose only to win, and any other result to me didn't bring pleasure. But in the championship in St. Petersburg I wasn't afflicted with a result of the performance as understood that was difficult to achieve bigger after long absence on a carpet. I was ready to continue to wrestling, but didn't feel the demand as the wrestler, to me all concerned as the veteran of whom anything you will already squeeze out. Besides, there were many affairs which I couldn't give up.

— You mean the school which has opened not so long ago of wrestling of your name?

— Not only. I after all still hold a position of the deputy director of power college in Kaspiysk. There I am responsible for educational and sports and improving work, and also for safety. Besides, I supervise a course of construction of sport center at college. In it our school of wrestling for now we are compelled to rent halls for our pupils will take place. Unfortunately, delivery of sport center is late. Construction erected quickly, and here when business reached finishing works, problems began to arise.

— Whether and behind all these affairs it was possible to support sportswear?

— Certainly. I always keep myself in a tone — I run, I swim, I play soccer, basketball, my favourite table tennis. However, to a carpet I came seldom, but, be sure, didn't forget to wrestling (smiles).

— And you aren't confused what you long time had no competitive practice?

— At my age absolutely optional often to act. Look at Arthur Taymazov, to the Olympic Games he practically didn't wrestling anywhere, and went to London and against all there won. The main thing — that wasn't traumas, and the rest isn't so problematic. Though, of course, one start before the championship of Russia at all wouldn't prevent me, but I won't manage to be prepared for aliyevsky tournament any more, and then already there will be collecting.

— And nevertheless, what pushed you for the second time to return to the decision on a carpet?

— And I still solved nothing. I will be defined on final collecting before national championship. I will be trained, I will carry out sparrings, and then it becomes clear, whether I am ready to wrestling. For now there is only a desire.

— Bakhtiyar Akhmedov finished career, Bilyal Makhov and Magomedgadzhi Nurasulov left out of operation for an indefinite term because of problems with health. Whether your desire to wrestling against the weakened competition in heavy weight is connected?

— And without the called wrestlers of strong heavyweights in Russia suffices. But for some reason they act unstably, can't realize the potential. I think, in absence of leaders each of them will want to take their place, and, therefore, to count that in national championship someone will concede to you without wrestling, isn't necessary.
