K. Yusupov is the first president of IKA since 1998, also is the author of the international rules kurash (national wrestling).

According to IKA Charter, the Executive committee was appointed to a post of the acting president of association Haidar Farman, the vice-president of IKA and the president of Confederation by Kurash of Asia. 

H. Farman within 14 years holds a post of the director of the department of Asian games of the Olympic council of Asia, since 2009 is the member of the working group on the Olympic Games of the Association of National Olympic Committees (ANOC), and since 2007 - the director of the program of the Olympic solidarity of the Asian continent.
