Traditional competitions of young judoists are devoted to memory of the Honourable citizen of our city of Victor Petrovitch Polyanichko.

On tournament there arrived young athletes from Orenburg, Novotroitsk Clear and other cities. Orsk is represented by three teams.

At ceremony of opening there was a head of Orsk Victor Franz, his first deputy Vasily Kozupitsa, the chief of UMVD around the city Orskualeksey Smolkov, head Gorsportkomiteta Sergey Rotmistrov, and also participants of the first tournament on judo of memory of Victor Polyanichko who passed 16 years ago.

After opening ceremony athletes came to a tatami and started competitions.
