In Simferopol on April 17 — 18 I passed the IX international tournament on judo "A cup of the capital of the Crimea". In competitions took part 120 young men and girls of 1997 — 1999 year of birth.

Judoists of Simferopol took more other prizes and the national team of the capital of an autonomy became the winner of tournament. And winners of competitions in structure of this national team became Dzhezar Sheykh Zade (weight category to 46 kilograms), Nikita Dmitriev (over 90 kilograms), Alexander Dubinin who not only became the strongest in weight to 66 kilograms, but also I won following the results of tournament the special prize "For the Best Equipment of Conducting Wrestling among Young Men".

The collective of the South careful settlement of Gaspr became the second in a team competition. In its structure the first places took Anastasia Smirnova (to 48 kilograms), Violetta Govardovskaya (to 52 kilograms) and Tatyana Lyalina (to 56 kilograms).

Tatyana not only won the weight category, but also following the results of competitions won the special prize "For the Best Equipment among Girls".

The national team of the Nizhnegorsky area closed the prize-winning three of a team competition. In its structure victoriously acted Timothy Nikulichev (weight to 55 kilograms) and Vitaly Rudikov (category to 60 kilograms).

"We expected more participants, and, from the different republics of the CIS — the deserved trainer of Ukraine Vyacheslav Lovyagin told. — But this year less money was allocated for tournament. As a result — we couldn't provide adequately arrival of athletes from other countries. And it is a pity because they were not against to act in Simferopol. Next year "The cup of the capital of the Crimea" will celebrate the 10 anniversary. We hope that the situation with financing of competition will improve".

Anastasia Smirnova this year became four times the prize-winner of Ukraine on sumo and sambo, and twice on judo. Adequately this year other representatives of "Titan" acted also. Elizabeth Oleynikova (Yalta) — became the champion of Ukraine and Europe in sumo. Anastasia Matveeva (Yalta) and Violetta Govardovskaya (pgt Gaspra) — champions of Ukraine in sumo. Besides girls took the fifth places in the European championship.
