Today in the judo Championship of Europe in Budapest the first sets of awards in the easiest weight categories were played: 48, 52, 57 kg at women, 60 and 66 kg at men.

The transient the first day of the championship of Europe  for a men's national team was given. Wrestling in weight category of 66 kg came to the end for judoists of a "blue and yellow" team in starting duels.

The main medal hope of the national team of Ukraine George Zantaraya also didn't pass further the first circle. The owner of a tatami of Benz Zambori stopped the World champion and Europe.

The beginning of a meeting was for Georgiy. Vitaly Dubrova's ward slightly less than in two minutes could organize a throw through a hip and earned "vase-ari". Literally in some seconds the Hungarian in reciprocal attack by two hands took Zantaraya behind for a belt and threw through itself. George, trying not to fall, for a second the tatami the head and fingers of hands concerned that according to new rules it was designated by judges as the situation "bridge". In a starting meeting of tournament against Israeli Kamila Tsiman Minagava Gevondyan I passed a throw on "yuko", but literally in the following attack recouped and I finished a meeting "ippony". The assessment "yuko" in a duel against Austrian Tina Zeltner brought the Ukrainian in a quarterfinal. There it conceded purely to other Austrian, a double bronze prizerka of the World Cups to Sabrina Filzmoser. And in Shushan's consolatory tournament, being quite active, I passed attack at first on "vase-ari", and then on "yuko" from a silver prizerka of the last year's youth European championship of the Dutchwoman to Sanna Verkhagen. To Gevondyan's both competitors I lost the second time in the current season.

Nevertheless, for Shushana Gevondyan the seventh place of the championship of Europe became personal achievement. the 23-year-old judoist debuted today on adult continental superiority in the weight 57 kg and at once entered into test group of prestigious official international tournament. Let's remind, in Gevondyan's past season fought in more lightweight  52 kg.

In the first fights of the championship of Europe Marina Chernyak (48 kg) and Maria Buyok (52 kg) stopped. Chernyak ahead of schedule I lost to Russian Olesya Kuznetsova, and the Anchor buoy in 30 seconds until the end of a meeting I passed a throw on "ippon" from Irish Lisa Kerli. In the same weight category is one fight more проборолась than Alexander Starkov.
