The second day of the championship of Europe on judo during which medals in four weight categories-73 and 81 kg at men, 63 and 70 kg at women were played came to the end.

Unfortunately and today the national team of Ukraine remained out of a podium. The seventh place became the best result for our athletes, as well as yesterday. In weight category 81 kg the seventh Vitaly Dudchik finished, having lost in the first fight of consolatory tournament.

In this weight category after the first meeting the debutant of the adult  championship of Europe  Vitaly Popovic went to ranks of fans. the 22-year-old Ukrainian conceded "yuko" to more skilled 28-year-old prize-winner of Continental Cups-2013 in Montevideo and Buenos Aires to Portuguese Carlos Luzu.

The tournament way of the second Ukrainian representative of category 81 kg became the longest in the European championship. Vitaly Dudchik passed British Thomas Devis whom one half-minute prior to completion of wrestling disqualified for search "shido" in a starting meeting.

In the second circle Vitaly finished with the Greek Aleksiosom Ntanatsidis. Slightly more than one minute sufficed our judoist to execute a throw on "ippon".

Dudchik spent twice more time for fight with 22 – the summer Azerbaijani judoist, the winner of the Continental Cup in Tbilisi-2013 Tourist's scarlet Safguliyev. At first the Ukrainian carried out a throw on "yuko”, and then and on "ippon".

In 15 minutes Dudchika waited a duel for an exit in a semi-final. There the bronze prize-winner of the recent Grand Prix Samsun Russian Ivan Vorobyov became the rival of our wrestler. Athletes met among themselves once, and on the Turkish tatamis of Samsun. Then the victory over Vorobyov was won by Dudchik and passed in the Grand Prix ending. In a today's duel judoists were especially careful, nobody decided to advance to the attack, for what both received on two preventions. After the third "shido" showed to the Russian, that risked and tried to carry out two throws from knees, but it is unsuccessful. Already in the following attack of Sparrows carried out a throw on "ippon", having taken a revenge for defeat on the Grand Prix Samsun. Vitaly went to be consoled.

It is interesting that "offenders" of the Ukrainian judoist couldn't take a medal: both Sparrows, and Tsiklauri was lost by "bronze" meetings.

In the new weight of 73 kg in the  championship of Europe  Sergey Drebot for the first time fought. In the first meeting the Ukrainian without problems dealt with Romanian Denis Mititela - fight came to the end in 2 minutes and 15 seconds with an effective victorious throw Drebota. More skilled and titled rival waited for Sergey in 1/16 endings. The bronze prize-winner of the World Cup-2009 and Champion Evropy-2008 Belgian Dirk Van Tichelt took at once an initiative and as a result carried out attack on "yuko", and then and the counterattack which has come to the end with a flawless victory.

The vice-champion of continental superiority in Chelyabinsk and Champion Evropy-2009 Vladimir Soroka held three meetings on the Hungarian tatamis. Victories I won only in two. In the beginning the Ukrainian pulled out a victory with the help "yuko" in a duel with Bosnian Mitar Mrdich. Then I carried out a sure duel with Cypriot Neokis Skoromonis. In the beginning Vladimir earned "vase-ari", and in the following attack carried out a throw on "yuko", having finished a combination in orchestra seats "ippony". There was no fight at Soroka in fight for hit in a quarterfinal with the 22-year-old Georgian, bronze prize-winner Gran-pri Samsun Zebeda Rekhviashvili. Our judoist couldn't oppose anything to the opponent, passed a throw on "yuko", and in one of the subsequent attacks for blow of the rival by the head was disqualified.

Unsuccessfully there was a day and for the Ukrainian judoists. To 63 kg Svetlana Chepurina in the first round in one minute suffocating reception won against Katerina Nikolsku weight category from Macedonia. But already in the second duel the Ukrainian could oppose nothing to Swede Anna Berkholm, having allowed it to earn at first "yuko", and then and "ippon".

One more Ukrainian Louise Gaynutdinova to 70 kg spent to categories on the  championship of Europe  tatami less than two minutes, having ahead of schedule lost in a starting duel to the bronze medallist of last year's superiority of the continent Julian Robra from Switzerland.

Tomorrow, in final day of personal tournament of the  championship of Europe  medals in weight categories 90, 100, +100 of kg at men, 78 and +78 kg at women will be played. To a tatami there are six more representatives of our national team is Kedzhau Nyabali, Artem Bloshenko, Dmitry Luchin, Marina Prishchep, Victoria Turks and Irina Kindzerskaya.

Let's remind that on Sunday both man's, and female the national teams will fight in a team championship of Europe  .

After two days of the championship of Europe Georgians who took today the whole set of awards – gold, silver and bronze strengthened the leading situation. In medal offset at them 3 gold, 1 silver and 1 bronze. Let's note that in Budapest Georgia acts as exclusively men's team (9 people). Meanwhile in its structure only Levan Tsiklauri without a medal - it the fifth. On the second place among teams France (2 gold and 5 bronze). On the third Russia (1 gold, 2 silver and 1 bronze).
