The purposes of this tournament became: judo promoting in Izmail, involvement of children to systematic sports activities, a full development and strengthening of health of children, healthy lifestyle education, an exchange of experience of trainers-teachers, refereeing improvement of quality.

As organizers of tournament on judo acted: Regional federation on judo and department of affairs of a family, youth and sports of the Izmail City Council. In solemn opening congratulatory words were said by the deputy the mayor Sergey Batkilin who wished good luck and a victory to all participants of tournament.

To show the sports skill and to achieve a victory, on tournament young judoists from Kagul (Moldova), Zatoki, Izmail, Nova Nekrasovki of the Izmail district gathered. The best participants of tournament are awarded by diplomas, cups and medals.
