On the basis of Magaramkentsky child junior sports school of the Magaramkentsky area passed championship of Dagestan in judo of the Ministry of Education and Science of the republic among young men and girls of 1996-1999 year of birth.

As reported RIA "Dagestan" in the press service of the Ministry of Education and Science of the republic, competitions were held for the purpose of promoting, promotion and judo development among school students, increase of sports skill, and also healthy lifestyle promotion among younger generation.

Superiority was carried out by the rules approved by the All-Russian federation of judo, national teams of DYuSSh of the republic were allowed to it.

Part in competitions was taken by 15 teams of the cities and republic areas with coverage more than 250 people. Following the results of superiority winners and prize-winners are defined. So, the first place in an all-team competition was taken by the DYuSSh team of the Magaramkentsky area, the second – DYuSSh Derbent, the third place – DYuSSh of the Souleymane-Stalsky area.

All winners and prize-winners were awarded by medals, diplomas and cups of the Ministry of Education and Science of RD of the corresponding degrees.
