Members of the national team of Uzbekistan under the leadership of trainer Andrey Shturbabin conduct active preparation for the World Masters tournament on judo in Tyumen (Russia) which will take place on May 25-26 the current year.
Series tournament Masters with a prize fund of $200 thousand will bring together the best judoists of the world entering into top-16 of a world rating in the weight categories.
As reported in the press service of Federation of judo of Uzbekistan, our country will be represented by the four athletes entering into elite of world judo.
"It is Mirzakhid Farmonov (-66 kg), the 11th in a rating, Yakhje Imamov (-81 kg), holding the sixth place, Dilshod Choriyev (-90 kg) and Ramziddin Saidov (-100 kg) - the both eighth. Navruz Dzhurakobilov (-73 kg) though he and holds the 19th place of a rating" will be able probably to take part in tournament also, - noted in the Federation press service.
