On May 18 and 19 in Polish Byelsko-Byala passed a cadet Cup of Europe on judo among athletes not the senior 18 years.
There as numerous structure the national team of Ukraine acted also. The team of the senior trainer of a national team of cadets of Gennady Makhankov consisted of 26 athletes, and the senior trainer of a national team Oleg Spivak's kadetok - of 16 sportswomen. Children managed to finish with medals only. Our judoists won 1 silver and 4 bronze on the Polish tatamis. Inhabitant of Kiev Asim Mamedov became the vice-champion of tournament in the weight of 55 kg.
By the third step of a podium rose Artem Martirosyan (50 kg, Kiev), Rezo Mesablishvili (73 kg, Kiev), Grachik Avagyan (81 kg, Dnepropetrovsk) and Feodor Panko (+90 kg, Donetsk).
Medals in Byelsko-Byal became the first in a current international season for Artem Martirosyan, Asim Mamedov and Grachik Avagyan. And here Rezo Mesablishvili won the second bronze from Cups of Europe of U18 - earlier it became the third on a cadet continental Cup in the Czech Toeplitz. Also the second time on a pedestal of the Cup of Europe of U18 appeared Feodor Panko - Donetsk тяж was the winner of a continental Cup in Kiev.
In medal offset of the Cup of Europe by U18 in Byelsko-Byal Ukraina the eleventh with one silver, four бронзами, the three fifth and two seventh places (0-1-4-3-2, with the fifth result Yury Asmolov (81 kg), Bekirbek Morgoyev (55 kg), Yury Skipa (60 kg) finished tournament, and on the seventh place remained Caro Marandyan (55 kg) and Mavluda Yatimova (48 kg).
In total in tournament 563 athletes from 28 countries fought. The best team of the Cup of Europe of U18 in Byelsko – Byala became France, at which 4 gold, 2 silver and 5 bronze medals.
Let's remind that the Cup of Europe in Byelsko-Byal became the final stage of selection in the cadet national team of Ukraine for participation in three key official starts of 2013 - the June European championship in Tallinn, a July European Youth Olympic Festival in Utrecht and the August World Cup in Miami. The first of the championships will take place in a month on June 21-23 in the capital of Estonia.
