It is necessary to learn to give itself completely and to close sometimes eyes to life "on that party of the screen", refusing to itself sometimes in many respects. I consider these people courageous and purposeful.

The such - the strong-willed person, the man strong the spirit, proved patience that it is possible to reach tops, the instructor of female Russian national team Konstantin Filosofenko.

We got acquainted with Filosofenko on one of collecting in Sochi at the beginning of 2013. It was day of my acquaintance to a national team. Konstantin Mikhaylovich's severe look forced me to forget about a smile, to cease to stir and will concentrate at work. I presented what to girls in command to work with such trainer. Eases it won't be exact. All its movements, gestures, mimicry are free and independent and are thus exact and exacting. In judo it nearly 40 years.

"My hometown of Perm is divided into two parts by the river. So it developed that one part of the city is more urbanized, there lives the main part of the population. The second part of the city had earlier the status "the settlement of city type", and now "the elite settlement", I lived in this part of the city. And so there was at me a friend and in Perm there lived at him the grandmother and the grandfather. It came to us on vacation. We together ran, played. Somehow in the winter it made a somersault on snow. All local children ran together to look, he and told that judo is engaged, there to everything teach. Me then didn't take in section – I came to "Dynamo", and it appeared that all places are already taken. I bypassed the building on the other hand, it was knocked at a door, and it was lucky that at other trainer of a place in section still were. At first I was trained by Razgulyaev, then Pozdeev. Over time it was involved, I began to grow gradually", - speaks to Filosofenko.

The first results came soon enough. At first it were medals on Superiority of the city, area, then became the prize-winner of the championship of the Soviet Union and the international tournaments. After the termination of the 8th class, on an order of the trainer all team went to study in professional school as the joiner-carpenter, for them the special sports group was created. Judoists trained twice a day, in free time from trainings studied. After the termination of school of Konstantin the service in armies and receipt in the Perm state institute waited. Everything took its course before fatal date which in a root changed life of the young guy. On February 23, 1989 it got to terrible accident. Someone in this ill-fated car was lost, someone became a disabled person … The black line which has divided life on "to" and "after". Filosofenko calls this day "second birthday". Two years of disability, check on durability, treachery of the friends, difficult rehabilitation and prolonged study at institute only tempered Konstantin character. "It was sick not so much physically, how many morally. It is heavy when yesterday you consisted in the national team of the Soviet Union, there were definite purposes, plans, and today from me friends turned away. As it appeared and not friends at all. Faced that left aside. I received at that time ridiculous money from the state, only 35 rubles. After accident and rehabilitation about return to a speech elite sport also wasn't. I remember when was the boy, the head coach of a national team of the USSR Vladlen Andreev was my example, an idol always. When it came to Perm and asked us boys, "whom you want to become? ", I answered constantly with "trainer". As in water I looked. In the mid-nineties Valery Luzin suggested me to be engaged in trainer's work. With the 1996th ode I started training Lyubov Bruletova, a little later Irina Rodinu. It was at first awfully difficult. I came from competitions squeezed out, as a lemon. Filosofenko trained more than ten masters of the sports, more than twenty candidates for the master of the sports deserved the master of sports, the "silver" prize-winner of the Olympic Games-2000 in Sydney, the numerous winner and the prize-winner of the European championship Lyubov Bruletova, the elevenfold world champion in sambo, the champion and the prize-winner of the European championship Irina Rodinu. In last Olympic cycle as a part of new team of trainers under the leadership of Italian Ezio Gamba, Konstantin trained the man's national team. And together with children as a result I celebrated fantastic success on the Olympic Games in London.

In this Olympic cycle Konstantin trains the female national team: "After the Olympic Games in London certain conclusions were drawn. Now trainings of the female national team cardinally differ from the last year's. We cleaned the "wall" dividing girls from guys.

Difference in work with man's and female teams not such and big. Psychology at girls a little bit another. They are natures more vulnerable, it is more than tears. But, by and large, all – sane, adequate sportswomen who work for result. Level of girls is now lower, than was at men four years ago. Today girls actively work, perform a hard work, it is a lot of general physical preparation and while they not at peak. In last European championship the women's team showed progress and earned as much medals, how many and man's. Girls see results and interest to training process grew. Many remain after trainings to work with trainers individually. We now have some leaders, we purposefully prepare them on University games to Kazan. Though we from them now don't wait for big successes. We do base on the future".

I can't but mention in our conversation Ezio Gamby's role in formation of the new national team of our country. Konstantin with confidence says that the huge merit in success of our children work of the Italian instructor: "Ezio works absolutely in a different way. Its European style and approach differs from habitual us earlier. Now we carry out the most part of time on collecting. For these years frame in the person of athletes and trainers was built. To judoists we give the chance to show the forces at the largest competitions".

Not so long ago Konstantin Filosofenko's work was noted in his hometown. At the beginning of zero the Perm association founded a public award for outstanding achievements of fellow countrymen - "The Stroganovsky award". Outstanding the concrete successes of applicants which were highly appreciated government bodies, the public and mass media are considered. Over hundred candidates applied for awards in six nominations. Filosofenko was recognized as the best in the nomination "For outstanding achievements in sports.

In such circulation of events days of our head coach fly by. Work, collecting, competitions, short trips home. He lives work. For it that team which they collected for these years – the second house, and it is possible also the first... To do good, think not only of itself, to sympathize and worry – qualities of the courageous and strong man. And the head coach of female Russian national team - a striking example for imitation for all.
