At School of the humanities of Far East federal university (DVFU) from September 30 to October 3, 2013 within the professional development program on a subject "Management of Knowledge in Research Projects" the doctor of computational linguistics Hideto Tomabechi (Japan, Tokyo) will carry out a series of the occupations acquainting with bases of the American-Japanese program of coaching of TPIE

Doctor Hideto Tomabechi represents known in Japan of seven keepers of traditions of martial arts (busido) with more than 800-year history. His grandfather, Hidetosi Tomabechi — the closest associate of the founder of judo of Kano Dzigoro (1860-1938) together with whom he participated in creation of the well-known Tokyo institute of Kodokandzyudo (Institute of studying of a way), one of the first rectors of University of the city of Otaru, one of founders of liberal democratic party in post-war Japan.

In 1911-1913 in Kodokandzyudo institute Hidetosi Tomabechi Tokyogot acquainted with Vasily Oshchepkov who was standing at the origins of fighting sambo, created further for special parts of Red Army on the basis of judo. In 1917. H.Tomabechi and V. Oshchepkov acted as organizers and direct participants of a first-ever international meeting on judo in Vladivostok. In 2017 to this event 100 years are executed.
