Over 150 wrestlers became participants of superiority of the Sakhalin region on judo among girls, young men and juniors

As reported TIA "Islands" in the press center of the ministry of sports, tourism and a youth policy of the Sakhalin region, they represented practically all municipalities of the island where the presidential sport develops. It is Aleksandrovsk-Sakhalin, Aniva, Korsakov, Holmsk and Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. Fascinating fights took place in SDYuSShOR gym on Greco-Roman wrestling (to st. of Gorky, 7/1) regional center.

As the first vice-president of the Sakhalin regional public organization "Judo and Sambo Federation" Valentin Kardash marked, athletes fought not only for a place on a podium. "Following the results of competitions two national teams of the island region for involvement in superiority of the Far East federal district will be created. Juniors 1994 – 1996 will appear in Vladivostok, and young men 1997 – 1999 – on Kamchatka. So, there is a powerful incentive to prove in all beauty", - he explained.

At girls 2000 – 2002 in weight category to 30 kg Olga Sharipina from Holmsk caused a stir. From now on in its asset there is a title of the winner of superiority of area! On the second Fareed Kruglyakov's places from Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, on the third – Yulia Tymoshenko from Holmsk.

Eleven times declared owners of gold medals in tournament of young men of this age group. And ten times of a congratulation on a victory were accepted by wrestlers from Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk! Caused a stir Konstantin Dyo (to 30 kg), George Rogozhkin (to 34 kg), Nikita Berezkin (to 38 kg), Daniel Kassov (to 42 kg), Artem Jan (to 46 kg), Nurala Akylbek (to 55 kg), Maxim Sokolov (to 60 kg), Alexander Dmitriev (to 66 kg), Konstantin Boretsky (to 73 kg), Alexey Kalinin (over 73 kg). On the upper line of standings Vladislav Dushinsky from Aniva (to 50 kg) managed to keep them the company.

Competitions of young men 1997 – 1999 won Vladislav Lim (to 46 kg), Albert Mushkin (to 55 kg), Ruslan Kim (to 60 kg), Nikita Ushakov (to 66 kg), Andrey Galushko against over 90 kg) from Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk; Nikita Malinov (to 55 kg) from Aniva, Nikita Sokolov (to 73 kg) from Korsakov, and also холмчане Anatoly Pronin (to 81 kg) and Ilya Prilovsky (to 90 kg).

At juniors in a weight to 60 kg in the ending Evgeny Mitligin (Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk) inflicted defeat over Victor Shinkevich from Holmsk. In categories to 66 kg gold was taken by Nikolay Samylin from regional center. Holmchanin Sergey Gukov appeared the strongest in a weight to 73 kg. Gleb Rodionov (Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk) overcame all competitors in category to 81 kg. In a weight to 90 kg wasn't equal to Alexander Aksenov from Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, and to 100 kg – to Anton Yakimov from Aniva.

Victories of the pupils are separated by right also by their instructors. This is V. Kardash, V. Kirikov, E.Shabashov, B. Kundukhov, A.Musaev, R.A.Castillo, A.Seroshtanov, (all – Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk), I.Pak, A.Antonov (Holmsk), N. Hon (Aniva), Village Shalar (Korsakov).
