To free use basements of two schools of Riga – the Riga 72nd high school are transferred to Ikshkiles St. 6 and the Riga Classical gymnasium on Purviyem St. 38. Rooms at both schools weren't used, the area of each room – about 350 sq.m.

The school of judo of Vsevolod Zeleny assumed obligations to repair rooms for the means, having enclosed in capital repairs and the equipment about 40 000 euros. The property will be in free use before the moment while the society "Vsevoloda Zeļonija džudo skola" will have a status of the organization of the public benefit or until the property isn't required to self-government for execution of the of function, but no more than 10 years.

Adopting rooms, society undertakes to pay a land tax, and also to repay utility payments. The school of judo of Vsevolod Zeleny in new rooms is ready qualitatively and to organize professionally sports occupations for all interested children and young people, offering facultative classes in judo and self-defense.
