Heinz Klyosa's 16th Memorial on free-style wrestling among young men passed on March 9th in the German city of Pyutlingen in the State of Saar.
180 athletes took part in competitions from 19 sports clubs of Germany, Austria and France. From our compatriots representing these countries, wrestlers from France most successfully acted.
In the smallest group of athletes of 6-8 years, in weight category of 20 kg Rasoul Galburayev from the French city of Sarrgemin became the champion. He won against one rival in in view of a clear advantage, and two defeated.
In the following group of boys of 9-10 years we had already two champions. Seyfulla Itayev from Sarrgemin won in the weight of 27 kg, and Shamil Suleymanov from German won against Bonn in 29 kg, in the ending having laid the rival on shovels.
In group of 11-12-year-old teenagers Ismail Sukatov from Sarrgemin perfectly acted. In the weight of 31 kg it carried out five fights and all won on "touch". A little Mukhamad Sangariyev wasn't lucky in category of 38 kg. He won three duels, without having given to rivals of any point. In the ending Nils-Adrian Klein struggled with the strong German and conceded in the most persistent wrestling periods — 0:1, 2:1, 0:1.
The silver medal in category of 46 kg among young men of 13-14 years was won by Musa Suleymanov from Bonn. He won four duels, but the main meeting lost.
At last, among young men of 15-17 years, in weight category of 69 kg no hopes to rivals were given up by Hamzat Sangarayev from French to Banyol. Three meetings were won with a clear advantage, and in the ending Hamzat defeated Christopher Raubakh from Kyollerbakh.
