Kids fought better

On March 9 in the German city Schwerin took place the 20th International tournament "Petermankhen's Cup" on free-style wrestling among children from 6 to 14 years in which 124 young athletes took part .

Our compatriots were presented in all four age groups into which the competing were divided. And performances of the smallest wrestlers of group of 6-8 years where they managed to win two gold medals were the most successful. In weight category of 23 kg Ziyad Evloyev from Hamburg won the three duels on "touch" and became the champion. The third place was taken by Hamzat Magomedov who lost the only fight to Ziyad. In the weight of 29 kg there were eight rivals. But, Mohamed Agayev didn't give anybody chance, having won one fight on "touch" and three — in view of a clear advantage.
13 participants gathered in group of children of 9-10 years in category of 31 kg. Hizir Evloyev left from a carpet the winner three times, but in the ending conceded to Als to Bauer from Rostock and took the second place. Among children of 11-12 years Imran Saidov from Hamburg became the champion in the weight of 38 kg. Bronze medals won Magomed Yevloyev in 34 kg and Said Murzayev in 42 kg. One more bronze among teenagers of 13-14 years was received by Lomali Gunayev who was in the lead in three duels, but one meeting was lost.
