Shahid wasn't lucky nearly

On March 2 in the city Vesteros in Sweden passed the International tournament "Lillah Melar's Cup" on free-style wrestling among young men and adults.

Competitions were very representative, 256 athletes took part in them from Norway, Finland and Sweden. Our three wrestlers managed to become prize-winners of this tournament. In children's group in weight category of 38 kg, among 11 rivals Shahid Abdurakhmanov from wrestling club "Halstakhammers" acted. He won two fights in in view of a clear advantage, in two defeated rivals and reached the final. The decisive duel with Charlie Lundell from of Kuml was very intense. He won the first period with the score 5:0. In the second it also was in the lead, but the rival managed to even up scores — 3:3 and won the period on the last active action. The final period too passed in equal, persistent wrestling, but there was Lundell who won — 3:2 slightly more successfully and left Shahid Abdurakhmanov on the second place.

One more silver medal was won by Mansur Dzukharov from Finland. In category of 32 kg among young men he won one fight and one lost. Among adult wrestlers in the weight of 84 kg Naib Yaldayev competed. It had nine rivals. The two first meetings of Naib  won, and then  conceded one. Having acquired the right to fight for the third place in consolatory group, Yaldayev with interest used this chance. Having laid Thomas Tyulkevich on shovels, Naib took away a bronze medal.
