On Sunday, March 31, in sport center "Triumph" in Yakutsk passed celebration of the Olympic champion-1974 and the triple world champion in Pavel Pinigin's free-style wrestling and his spouses of the Olympic champion-1988 in track and field athletics Maria Pinigina by which respectively 60 and 55 years recently were executed.

To congratulate heroes of the anniversary there arrived guests from Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan, Belarus, Moscow, Buryatia, Dagestan, and among them — the silver prize-winner of Olympic Games-1980 and world champion Magomedkhan Aratsilov, the champion of Europe Ikhaka Gaydarbekov, the deserved trainer of the USSR and Ukraine George Burakov, the head of department of federation of wrestling of Russia Shamil Nevretdinov, the deserved trainer of Kyrgyzstan Zhenish Donbayev.

In honor of heroes of the anniversary the big sports holiday in which athletes from Yakutia, Buryatia, Ukraine and Belarus, and also local and Ukrainian wrestlers wrestlers took part was organized. The last met with each other in a friendly match meeting. With the minimum overweight guests — the Ukrainian wrestlers won.
