On April 25, 2013 Due to the organizational problems the tournament planned for May 25, is transferred to later term. About new date of carrying out tournament it will be reported in addition.

February 8, 2013. After visit to Belgium the director of the department of external relations of Head and the Government of the Chechen Republic of Iza Hadzhimuradova who was present on an awards ceremony of the best athletes of East Belgium and its report to the Governor of Chechnya about the trip, Ramzan Kadyrov told that tournament in honor of brothers Saytiyevs should be held at high level and to give for this purpose full support.

On April 25, 2012 Council of Board of sports club "Rayeren 2006" from East Belgium which is организаторомтурниров in honor of legendary Chechen athlete Buvaysar Saytiyev in 2009 and 2011, declared date of carrying out the 3rd tournament which will be from now on devoted to brothers Saytiyev. Tournament will take place on May 25, 2013 in the city of Eypen in East Belgium in the same hall where passed the 2nd tournament in honor of Buvaysar Saytiyev in 2011. According to the proposal of the vice-president of club Iza Gambulatova, Council of Board made the decision that further tournaments in honor of brothers Saytiyevs will take place on Alikhan Harsiyev's prizes - the vice-president of Federation of wrestling of Russia and the closest friend, the assistant and the adviser of brothers of Saytiyevs.
