In interview to TVcompany "Alania" Hadzhimurad Gatsalov who has won recently in Budapest the fifth title of the world champion, made a declaration of love to hockey.

The titled wrestler for quite some time now heads federation of hockey of North Ossetia. As Hadzhimurad told, he since the childhood wasn't indifferent to this game, itself made sticks and in free from study and wrestling time most of all liked to drive a washer. According to him, today the Ossetian boys have good conditions for occupations by hockey whereas in its time of such opportunity wasn't. In Vladikavkaz the ice sports palace where more than 150 young hockey players train is constructed. Local teams already participate in the All-Russian tournaments and even win on them medals.

On one of such tournaments which were taking place at the beginning of a year in Mozhaisk situated near Moscow, as a part of Snow Leopard club the nine-year-old son of the glorified wrestler — Oumar acted. The Vladikavkaz team took the third place, and Gatsalov Jr. threw three washers in gate of rivals.

Answering a question why it gave the son on hockey, instead of on wrestling, Hadzhimurad noticed that affected his long love to game with a washer. "Let will try hockey, the benefit all conditions for this purpose is — the ice palace, good trainers. Besides this sport is close to fight, in it also it is necessary to show courage and a fighting spirit" — the well-known wrestler noted.
