— All were glad, but this medal everything who is related to wrestling especially were glad. About us, wrestlers, already began to forget in Hungary, after all last time wrestlers won the Olympic medals in 1980. Then heavyweight Joseph Bol became the silver prize-winner, and Ishtvan Kovac who has lost, by the way, to yours Thanks to result of Gabor we reminded of itself, let know to sports heads that we too can win the Olympic awards, but for this purpose it is necessary to pay attention to free-style wrestling, to develop and popularize it in the country.

— You consider, what in Hungary for this purpose becomes insufficiently?

— Today statistically on 10 million inhabitants of Hungary three thousand people, including children and veterans are engaged in three styles of wrestling. 70 athletes participated in free-style wrestling national championship. These are very ferial figures. The youth reluctantly goes on wrestling, preferring the untwisted, commercial sports

— And how at you with conditions for trainings, carrying out collecting?

— Conditions good. We have two excellent Olympic bases near Budapest, and we can carry out at any time on them collecting. But from this collecting I pound a little rather sense is if we are engaged in physical training and to be improved in wrestling, we should participate in joint collecting with strong teams. Therefore as soon as possible we try to get to Dagestan.

— But you hold large international wrestling competitions — the World Cups and Europe. Here and this year Budapest the World Cup will take place.

— At us well it turns out to hold large competitions, the condition benefit for this purpose is — 12-thousand modern Sports palace and near it hotel for athletes. Merit in it our Federation of wrestling led by the Olympic champion in Greco-Roman wrestling by Chaboy Hegedyush.

— Probably that you prepare for the house World Cup with a special spirit.

— Therefore brought on aliyevsky tournament of almost all our leading wrestlers. Then we will take part even in two tournaments — in Germany and Poland. It is necessary to try to act at home well, and at it we are aimed by our management. Well, we will make for this purpose everything that in our forces.
